The Placer County Water Agency (PCWA) is built on people—our customers, employees, and the communities we serve. From improving how customers connect with us through tools like the updated customer portal, to supporting community partnerships like the Loomis Demonstration Garden, we focus on making water service more accessible, transparent, and responsive. We also invest in the next generation through internships, school outreach, and Career Technical Education (CTE) Day. And we’re proud to celebrate our employees and collaborate with local partners on publications, events, and storytelling that highlight the work happening across Placer County.
